Premier is pleased to announce that we have completed the
purchase of Ammbusher’s complete line of skid steer loader rotary brush cutter
attachments and brush cutter parts business. Ammbusher was the very first
company to produce skid steer loader rotary mower attachments starting in 1992.
They have a long history of producing only the highest quality brush cutting
attachments in the industry. Ammbusher’s line of products will be a welcome
addition to Premier’s growing line of high quality attachments.

We will be moving the shipping of parts, whole goods and production
of the Ammbusher line to our Fort Wayne, IN facility. Starting on May 15^th,
2017 Premier will begin shipping all new and open orders from Fort Wayne. We
are excited about the opportunity that this presents and look forward to
expanding this line into new and innovative attachments.
